Mr. Jorge F. Millan, handles the communications and contacts with Unions, the drafting and negotiating of Collective Bargaining Agreements, as well as providing legal counseling to its clients regarding labor matters and practice in Mexico.

Mr. Millan was the first English speaking Mexican lawyer to represent U.S. border companies in union negotiations from Brownsville, Texas to Del Rio, Texas in 1985. |
